6. Bootstrap

What it can do for you: Bootstrap is the most popular front-end framework for developing responsive, mobile first projects on the web. You get extensive documentation with hundreds of live examples, code snippets, and more. Bootstrap includes over a dozen reusable components built to provide iconography, dropdowns, input groups, navigation, alerts, and other assets. 

Pricing: Bootstrap is open source. It’s hosted, developed, and maintained on GitHub.

7. Themeforest

What it can do for you: Themeforest currently offers over 900 landing page templates.
